Promax MSK Brine Injectors will fit virtually any injecting application including ham, beef, poultry, bacon, seafood and more.Each model incorporates "air piston - pressure adjustable - stainless steel needles" for bone-in or boneless products (Encludes MSK16 which uses sprins). The variable speed needle head (the MSK16 has 2 fixed speed - low/high) provides ultimate flexibility to meet your production reuqirements.
The built in brine pressure regulator allows the opeator to adjust the pump pressure to the desired level, and allows for a wide range of product yields with a minimum pich-up of approximately 10%. Designed to provide consistent brine pick up from batch to batch. Our MSK series contains a triple filtration system, portable stainless steel brine tank, and brine mixter (available on MSK-56/98/195) that will help keep the brine & needles clear. The unique, easy to remove, needle head allows for fast and efficient cleaning.
