The in situ nucleic acid detection reagent (LAMP) kit for crop anthrax is mainly applied to reduce agricultural losses caused by crop anthrax infection, as well as to carry out early on-site real-time monitoring and early prevention and control of disease spread incase mess caused. Crop anthrax is currently prevalent in important economic crops such as mango, onion, strawberry, lychee, chili pepper, garlic and son on. At present, the prevention methods of local farmers are mainly spraying pesticides on the plants or removing the damaged plants directly. Therefore, if the infection symptoms cannot be detected in time or deal properly, it will cause significant economic losses no matter to farmers nor government. If the developed product can be applied to on-site anthrax detection, the treatment can be carried out in advance to prevent economic losses.The highlight of the product is the presentation of the test results, which are designed in three ways to facilitate on-site testing. Method 1: Color separation reaction, using specific colorants reveals to enhance the presentation of the test results, which can judge whether the test results have a reaction or not. Method 2: Designed with a fluorescent dye reveals to increase the sensitivity and can obtain the results in time with the well-developed portable equipment. Method 3: Using a dedicated test strip (similar to a common pregnancy test strip) to quickly get the results reveals. This feature combines the common detection methods in the current market for using after COVID disease, making it more convenient to operate and faster to interpret the results, and without the need for large instruments to detection, effectively reducing personal subjective differences in color judgment and no need fluorescence detection equipment, simplifying the result interpretation process.
