Product introduction
1) Output: ≤12000 pieces/hour;(2) Includes automatic unstacking, spray cleaning & rinsing, brushing & air drying, and automatic stacking functions;
(3) Automatic Unstacking: Automatically separates stacked plastic egg trays into individual trays for transportation, with a maximum of 50 trays placed at once;
(4) Disinfection Cleaning: Utilizes high-pressure circulating disinfectant water to disinfect and rinse both sides of the egg trays;
(5) Rinsing: Utilizes tap water to rinse the surface of the egg trays, removing residual disinfectant;
(6) Brushing to Remove Water: Removes large water droplets from the surface of the egg trays by high-speed rotating brushes;
(7) Hot Air Drying: Rapidly dries the surface moisture of the egg trays using a hot air machine to ensure the trays are dry;
(8) Automatic Stacking Machine: Automatically collects the air-dried egg trays one by one, stacking them into a tray for collection.
