Vacuum dryer equipment is using 130~150°C and high pressure 0.4~0.6MPa which can sterilize the dead animals’ body. Furthermore, the machine can also dry and sterilize feather, coagulated blood, leftover meat, kitchen wastes, organic sludge, organic wastes etc. The principle of this machine is utilizing heat conduction and radiation to make the processed material into a cylindrical pipe which is closed, in a negative pressure. And stirring with an extended shovel head on the center axis, which can make the material attach high temperature over 30 minutes and rapidly kill bacteria or germ. Keeping in vacuum tank for long time or short time which can control the rate of water between 10~50% and reach the desired dryness.
